What is Wellness?

We are currently offering What is Wellness?, a year long program to give you all the tools you need to get on a regular healthy regime in every facet of your life. Participants will get lots of support, experience, learning and suggestions for how to build a routine of wellness that is flexible and works for you. Check our pages for more information and rates.

This program is for people

1. Want or need to make new lifestyle changes

2. Have physician and medically recommended changes and have not been able to implement them so far

3. Want to add on to, or get support for their present wellness practices
